Beginning his career at MenuVantage and later serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Darwin Automotive, Jeff helped drive the adoption of predictive analytics, digital retailing, and modern F&I presentation technologies across thousands of dealerships. Today, he leads Dealer Solutions sales for J.D. Power, overseeing a broad portfolio of dealership technologies and data solutions. Jeff is passionate about the role AI will play in transforming F&I, dealer operations, and automotive retailing.
